Restoration Services
Restoration of antique metal work has always been a significant part of our business. Our experience gives us the background to undertake anything from a chandelier to a large gate. Restoration of architectural pieces may include minor changes to make them conform to modern building codes and regulations. We first disassemble a project completely, clean all parts appropriately, and assess the damage. We then repair as much as possible and make new pieces to replace lost or hopelessly damaged parts. We have worked with almost any metal or combination of metals in restoration projects.

- Restoration and reinstallation of a steel and glass entrance canopy for a 1920s Italiante mansion
- Repair and cleaning of a Samuel Yellin table lamp
- Restoration of cast and wrought iron gates destroyed by a runaway tractor
- Restoration of many small but meaningful metal objects including a baby spoon dropped into a garbage disposal. If it is made of metal and you love it, we can probably fix it
